We believe in Kosh. That's why we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on your first subscription payment. If Kosh doesn't simplify your business, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

1. The "Risk-Free" Promise

Even though we offer a Free Trial, we understand that sometimes you need to use the software in a live environment to truly evaluate it.

If you decide Kosh isn't the right fit for your shop within 7 days of your purchase, simply email us, and we will refund your full subscription amount. No awkward questions, no retention tactics.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • First-Time Purchases: Fully refundable within 7 days.
  • Technical Issues: If the software fails to work on your hardware and our support team cannot fix it, you are eligible for a refund at any time during your current billing cycle.
  • Duplicate Charges: Refunded immediately upon discovery.

3. What is Non-Refundable?

  • Monthly Renewals: We do not refund recurring charges once the 7-day window has passed. We send an email reminder 3 days before renewal—please cancel beforehand if you wish to stop.
  • One-Time Setup Fees: If you paid for a "Done-For-You" setup service and our engineer has already completed the data migration/installation, this specific fee is non-refundable (as the labor has been performed). The software subscription portion is still refundable.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are approved instantly by our team. However, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to credit back to your original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) depending on banking protocols.
